These terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Webbidev is a platform that connects clients with software developers for freelance projects. Our services include: • Project posting and management • Developer profiles and portfolios • Secure escrow payment processing • Milestone-based project tracking • Communication tools between clients and developers We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

To use certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the security of your password • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Our platform uses an escrow system to protect both clients and developers: • Clients fund milestones before work begins • Funds are held securely in escrow • Developers receive payment upon milestone approval • Platform fees are deducted from developer earnings (10-13%) All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We are not responsible for any fees charged by these providers or your financial institution.

You agree not to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Submit false or misleading information • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Attempt to circumvent the platform's payment system • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Interfere with the proper working of the service Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

In the event of a dispute between clients and developers: • Both parties should first attempt to resolve the issue directly • If resolution is not possible, either party may request mediation • Our support team will review the case and make a fair determination • Decisions regarding escrow fund release are final We encourage open communication and good faith efforts to resolve all disputes amicably.

To the fullest extent permitted by law: • Webbidev is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • We do not guarantee the quality of work performed by developers • We are not responsible for disputes between users • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the past 12 months The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
